KETO COFFEE RECIPE | MY WAY

With Keto being all the craze, I know that there are a million and one recipes out there however I am sharing with you the recipe I follow. So, today I have if you want to call...#ketocoffeerecipie #myway. Now, I am by no means a Keto expert however, I do enjoy following somewhat the basics of Keto #coffee recipe and tweaking it to the way that works best for me. I am sure there is a right and wrong way but this is just how I enjoy it and have noticed benefits from it. But please do what is best for you.

Keto Coffee Recipe | My way Ingredients:
Spanish coffee - Café Crema or Café Bustelo placed in refillable Kcup or purchased Kcup
MCT Oil - 2 teaspoons or 2 squirts
Stevia Vanilla - 2 squirts
Kerrygold Unsalted Butter - 1 to 2 teaspoons
Root Vitality Collagen Powder - 1 scoop
Cinnamon - pinch
Coconut Sugar - 1 teaspoon or to taste
half and half - based on preference and frothed
