North Korean leader Kim Jong－un has launched...not a missile...but a tirade.
After purging a number of high－ranking officials，... Kim recently lost his temper on a routine farm inspection.
Our Han Da－eun has more on the uncharacteristic public display of outrage. Shortly after ordering the execution of North Korea′s defense chief Hyon Yong－chol ，... the young leader has extended his reign of terror to a local turtle farm.
The Korean Central News Agency reported Tuesday，... that the supreme leader ″sternly rebuked″ the farm staff，...furiously shouting that the place was poorly maintained and lacked modernized facilities.
He was also outraged about the farm′s lack of a so－called ″revolutionary enlightenment room.″
Most factories have a space devoted to honoring the achievements of Kim′s late father， Kim Jong－il， and state founder Kim Il－sung.
Kim Jong－un left the farm′s management with a grim warning that their failings “may bring such grave consequences as impairing the prestige of the party.”
It is very rare for North Korean leaders to show anger during a public inspection，... as it could reveal faults in the state′s own facilities.
However， Kim showed confidence in another state facility... the National Aerospace Development Administration.
Tokyo－based Kyodo News reports the North Korean leader has ordered the preparation of a satellite－carrying rocket to mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Workers′ Party in October.
Pyongyang claims it′s merely launching a space satellite， but the international community， including South Korea， the U.S.， and Japan， speculate this is actually another test to develop intercontinental ballistic missiles.
North Korea′s latest rocket， Eunha 3， was launched in 2012.
