5 things to avoid to improve your egg quality..!

5 mistakes that lower your egg quality ⬇️

1. Skipping meals or following restrictive diets
Eggs need steady nutrients like folate, iron, omega-3s, and B-vitamins. When you skip meals, hormones fluctuate and egg development gets affected.

2. Staying in prolonged stress
High cortisol disturbs GnRH → FSH → LH signals. These hormones are essential for egg growth and ovulation. Chronic stress also increases oxidative damage to egg cells.

3. Too much caffeine
More than 200–300 mg/day (≈ 2–3 cups of coffee) may interfere with ovulation and raise miscarriage risk. Excess caffeine reduces healthy blood flow to reproductive organs.

4. Irregular or poor sleep
Melatonin protects developing eggs. Poor sleep = lower melatonin = less antioxidant protection for egg cells.

5. Delaying AMH or fertility check-ups
Egg count and quality decline faster after 30. AMH helps you understand your ovarian reserve early and plan smarter.
