REFEED DAY!!! Full Day of Eating Episode 12 (Contest Prep)
In this video I highlight everything that I consume throughout the day as I prepare for the Summer Shredding Classic on October 30, 2021. I will be competing in the Classic Physique division. This full day of eating video reflects REFEED CALORIES/MACROS and summarizes all of the meals that I consume throughout the day.
I share tips and tricks throughout the course of the video for adhering to a diet. I advocate for the use of LOW CALORIE DENSE FOODS to promote adherence and satiety while dieting. I also warn the viewer to be very careful with the condiments that they are using on meals. I give some suggestions on low-calorie and calorie-free condiments that can be used instead of the typical calorically dense options.
LOW CALORIE DENSE FOODS are going to be your best friend on any diet. These foods are great for satiety, as they will provide the consumer with more volume than the alternative, high calorie dense food options. ALWAYS look to fill yourself up with low calorie dense options by consuming foods that are lower in calories yet filled with volume. Shredded lettuce is one example of a LOW CALORIE DENSE FOOD option and is featured in this full day of eating video.
