Road to First Show Episode 2 AND Screenshot This Workout (Pull Workout)

In this video I document everything that is happening on my journey to competing in my very first show. I jump on a phone call with a prospective coach, I hit a Pull Workout, I run some errands at Target, and I eat some delicious food! I also provide the viewer with an overlay to screenshot the Pull Workout that was performed. The overlay outlines all of the exercises, reps, and sets performed during the workout.
