Transformers Fall Of Cybertron Characters Made With Custom Characters Mod

Hi All. I was thinking about doing some mods for Transformer Fall Of Cybertron. My goal is to play as the AI that you fight in the campaign (soldiers, Shotgunners, Leapers and possibly Insecticons like the Swarmers, Spitters, and Bruisers. However the Coalesced.INI file is much more complicated and tricky to edit than the one in WFC. I can't even find where the campaign AI is, or the names of any of the characters you fight. Any sort of tutorial or advice with teaching me how to do this would really help. If you know how to do this, please feel free to post it in the comments. Thanks.
