Dan wakes up alone on a desolate beach with no memory of who he is or how he got there, only to discover that the nearby city stands eerily empty, its silence hiding the devastation of a deadly virus that has wiped out nearly all life. As he struggles to piece together his past, he encounters a small group of wary survivors who reluctantly take him in, but their fragile trust is shaken when it becomes clear that the army is actively hunting Dan for reasons he cannot remember. With danger closing in from all sides, the group is forced to flee, embarking on a perilous journey through the ruins of a broken world where survival is uncertain and the truth about Dan may be more dangerous than anyone expects.
