In this video I talk about how to handle a panic attack. Panic attacks and anxiety are real things that happen in your brain but when you learn the right way and the wrong way to handle a panic attack you are miles ahead of the destructive pattern where you could be.

CBT or cognitive behavioral therapy is a great way to calm down during a panic attack as well is breathing exercise. Take away negative options from you life like alcohol or other items.

Studying for tests can cause a lot of test taking anxiety. It doesn't have to be a full blown panic attack for these steps to anxiety to help.
