LEG EXTENSIONS - Ballet Strengthening Exercises for Higher, Flexible Legs | EP.2
Join me for this LEG EXTENSIONS BALLET workout. These ballet leg strengthening exercises will help you achieve higher extensions for ballet and dance in no time. When done in combination with last weeks flexibility video, these targeted ballet leg extensions exercises will strengthen and mobilise the joints for high, flexible legs. Perfect for beginners to intermediate level dancers these leg extensions ballet exercises require no equipment so are easy to do at home!
In ballet, we need higher leg extensions for front and side developpes as well as arabesque and attitude. I recommend doing this ballet workout twice per week alongside my higher extensions workout for flexibility!
