20 MIN FULL BODY BALLET WORKOUT - At Home Pilates | No Equipment, Beginner Friendly

Are you ready to join me in this 20 min full body Ballet Pilates fusion routine? It’s a great full body fat burning ballet workout to do at home as it is space friendly as well as beginner friendly. This total body toning ballet workout includes a standing warm up and a ballet stretching cool down. While this workout is designed for dancers, it is also a great workout to lose belly fat to get that small waist and flat stomach.
