If it is cold in the freezer but not in the refrigerator usually it a clogged oven with ice or frozen condensate drain causing the problem because the water has no where to go and freezes over all the essential ports in the refrigerator. If freezer fan is not working then cold air won't get to the refrigerator.If your condenser coils are not clean the unit won't dissipate heat properly and keep the unit cold.
