2.9 Separation of Photosynthetic Pigments by Chromatography (Practical 4)
Instructional video demonstrating how to carry out chromatography of photosynthetic pigments in leaves (including taking measurements and calculating Rf values). This is a required practical in the IB Biology syllabus (Practical 4) for all students as part of Topic 2 Biochemistry. You can be examined on your understanding of this practical in Part A of Paper 3 of the final IB exams.
