Functional Movement Assessment: Rotation #shorts

Bonus points if you can tell which side I’m limited rotating toward.

📊 I like to assess global rotation first then local rotation.

Global rotation helps you see:

Where does the client feel tight
Is one segment (ex: neck) really stiff to one side not the other
Do their feet pronate and supinate symmetrically

📈 Local rotation then helps you gain more information about one specific area like the thoracic spine.
