Learn how to install an SSL certificate on your website with one of the most trusted and well known SSL certificate issuers.
How to Install an SSL certificate Transcript: In this video, I wanted to really quickly tell you how to install an SSL on your website.
Now in this tutorial, I am going to be using SSL Comm. It's a super great platform, their prices are really cheap, and they actually give you a free trial, which means you can install an SSL on your website before actually paying for it. And this is really super nice. So I'm going to be using this website, it's got a link in the description, first link in the description if you want to follow along. But let's jump straight into it.

Now as you can see, here I am on ssl.com. It is basically the cheapest, you know, one of the cheapest places you can get SSL is, as you can see here, right at the top of the page, free trials, try any SSL for 30 days, no credit card required, which is really, really nice. So you can basically pick any SSL plan you want. With however many unlimited domains or sub domain seats, whatever you want, you can pick it I'm just going to go with a super simple one, you just hit try free. And then you can pick your price, pick your year limit, etc, etc.

However many years you want, obviously, we're going to go for the five years and as you can see Pay Now it's $0 you literally do not have to pay anything at the start. All you got to do is check that trial button right there. trials are limited to one SSL per account. So then you hit check out and when you hit Checkout, obviously they'll ask you to put in your email. Now once you put in your email, it's basically going to ask you if you're new here so you can fill out all this info.

Now I filled out the info I hit go to payment and then I just save my password. And then literally all you do is you've got your order, you've got your SSL right here for five years, you can hit activate on it and begin your trial for 30 days on your SSL. It has a really super nice walkthrough so you can just put in your domain sub domain, whatever make your key and then confirm your domain and that is literally all you have to do. It's really simple and I highly recommend it which is why I've got it linked in the description. That is going to do it for this video though.
