SKATING JUMP ROTATION || OFF-ICE TRAINING | Coach Michelle Hong

Welcome to my brand new off-ice training series called #SkateWithMichelle. The focus of this week is ROTATIONS! Executing clean jump rotations on the ground and understanding the fundamentals of off-ice jump rotations is key for the development of your skating success.

Today's jump rotation workout is geared towards the basic foundation. Regardless if you are working on your triple jumps or your singles, these fundamentals are an essential part of you progress. If you can spot the common mistakes and weaknesses you have with these drills you can apply them to the rest of your jumps.
