Here is the detailed recipe of namkeen sewai

*RECIPE*
1. In a pan take 2 tbsp oil, add 1 tbsp jeera, chopped garlic and green chili.
2. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato and roasted peanuts.
3. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add 1 tbsp Kashmiri red mirch powder, half tbsp salt, half tbsp coriander powder, half tbsp haldi powder along with maggi masala.
5. Add 1 bowl of roasted vermicelli and 2 bowl of water.
6. Cook for 10 minutes.
7. Garmish with green coriander and enjoy.
8. Your namkeen sevai is ready.
