*RECIPE*
1. In a bowl take 2 cup of boiled sweet corn. Add 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp maida and mix it well.
2. Fry in medium hot flame. Dont forget to cover with lid so that it will not burst out of the pan.
3. Fry till it become crispy.
4. In a pan add one cube of butter, some chopped garlic and green chili. Add 1 chopped onion and half chopped capsicum. Roast it for 1 minute.
5. Add half tbsp of salt, half tbsp kashmiri red mirch and add crispy corn.
6. Add 1 tbsp of soya sauce and 1 tbsp chaat masala.
7. Serve it with onion.
8. Your crispy buttery corn is ready.ENJOY
