It's All About MEE + PRAWN Noodles + RARE Singapore Noodles: SINGAPORE NOODLE TOUR

The last of the Singapore series. Wow, that felt like it went so fast to me!

Woke up ready for noodz this day.

Started at a prawn mee restaurant bright and early. With 10987348 topping choices I ended up settling for short ribs and pork intestines added to my bowl of prawn noodles. Of course I also go the fish cakes and an extra serving of fried shallots and garlic. Loved the broth, prawns, and short ribs...all I was missing was the right noodles, haha!

Next I went way out to Redhill Market. A lesser known market that has a much more relaxed local vibe to it! Efficiency was the name of the game here as I had two noodle stalls I wanted to eat at!

First up was a stall serving up the popular but hard to find satay bee hoon noodle. Noodles, a plethora of toppings, and a fabulous satay sauce to top it off. These were some thicc noodz.

Next had to be one of my favorite bowl of noodles in Singapore, Mee Siam! Spicy, sour, funky, and just an attack on the taste buds. This bowl disappeared before I knew it and now that I am writing this I can still taste the flavors and it is making my mouth water. Also they do a really nice Lontong dish, but I'd rather eat more Mee Siam.

Lasty, beef noodles. My first place was closed. So I headed way out in Singapore to try another bowl...However, it just wasn’t meant to be as I was not crazy about this bowl of noodles!

Yet, that’s what makes fun so much food to me!!! You just never know!
