Ngọc Xuyến - Saigon has a lot of Banh Mi but for me this one really is something different. Doing all the cold cuts correctly and infusing so much flavor into each one. The nem chua has to be my favorite bye far. The bread here is also different from other breads you get in Saigon as it has a pull and density to it.

Bánh Tráng Dừa Mạch Nha- A sweet treat with the addition of the barley syrup. The texture of the banh trang, coconut together with the sweetness made this a snack which I kept coming back for to eat.
