CAT 395 Excavator Digging Underwater Using a Skeleton Bucket

On his recent venture to Florida, Aaron visited Quality Enterprises, a large earthwork contractor located in Naples. QE handles lots of different types of work, but on this specific job they were on a mine site digging out the bottom of a lake with a 395 excavator.
