వైరా మండలం సోమవరం నల్ల చెరువులో నీటిని చేపల వేట కోసం కాంట్రాక్టర్ బయటకు విడిచి పెట్టారని రైతులు తెలిపారు. సాగుకు సిద్ధమైయ్యే సమయంలో ఇలా చెరువులో నీటిని విడిచి పెట్టడంతో తాము సాగు ఎలా చేసుకోవాలో అర్థం కాని పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడిందన్నారు. అధికారులు స్పందించి వెంటనే కాంట్రాక్టర్‌పై తగు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని కోరుతున్నారు.
