DEATHGRIP CHALLENGE WITH BERNARD KERR, TEACHING BENEY HOW TO RIDE RUTS!

This week @Bernard Kerr decided to come join us for some loam track action. Of course as soon as we got there we had to come up with a competition and there was only one option. DEATHGRIP CHALLENGE, see who could get down the trail full Deathgrip. I personally think I won but you guys can discuss that in the comments. However, I had a slight hindrance at the beginning which ended up turning into a helping hand, I decided to change my Scott Genius bike to full 27" wheels instead of mullet, haven't ridden 27 in years and felt so playful think im going to stay with it on the MTB for a while, But it meant my pedals were dragging in these deep ruts which ended up giving me a helping hand as I could slow myself down without using brakes. haha. Feels like spring is around the corner and with talks of lockdown easing let's hope the bike parks open real soon. please please we all need it. Mountain biking has just taken to another level and the people need places to ride.

Beney seems to be the master of dirt jumping skills but we wanted to try and broaden his skill set and get him railing ruts and feeling a little less sketchy in the unpredictable loam. Let's just say we did our best haha. Still for only properly riding mountain bikes for a year he's killing it. He just need a new bike now ........
