Saving game progress - Pizza RPG Ep. 15

In this video, we use browser localstorage to save our game progress. This way, we can close the browser and come back later to continue the same adventure file. We also augment our Overworld Maps in this video to support starting the hero in defined locations and directions.

You could use the same concepts here to write the player's progress to a backend database to resume on another computer or device.
