Always On Why the iPhone Won

Rory Cellan-Jones, author of Always On: Hope and Fear In The Social Smartphone Era, in conversation with mobile industry veteran Simon Rockman and CCS Insight analyst Ben Wood. Simon, while reading Always On, tweeted that Apple had been handed control of the phone industry by the network operators. Ben argues that Apple's phone was truly revolutionary even if the operators did lend it a helping hand.
