Ceramic :carving image of flower into slab clay

This time I will show you my process of carving into slab clay with my simple images of flower.
The best state for carving a clay are called Leather hard. which is cool to the touch and has the consistency of hard cheese or leather.
This video also show you some little technique of removing or adding to necessary areas which play with lighting and shadows (like making a painting), thus creating an illusion of slight depth over the clay surface.
Unfortunately, here in Malaysia we are in the midst of MCO period so I can't fire this pieces of ceramic yet. But I will show you the final state of this ceramic in my next video after we all free from issue of corvid19.
