Inward-Facing Modern Design | KC House

KC House is designed to make the most of its unique pentagonal lot, featuring a lush front garden and a green area with a river at the back. The design, guided by Feng Shui principles, is divided into two volumes to maximize natural light and ensure privacy, using laser-cut panels to shield from views of nearby apartments. The ground floor includes service areas and a guest bedroom, the first floor contains the living areas, and the second floor is dedicated to the bedrooms and private spaces.
