The Txai House combines the traditional colorful architecture of Bahia with Brazilian modernism. Situated 13 meters above the sea, it offers stunning coastal views. The house, on two levels, avoids verticalization and integrates with the local topography.

On the lower level, the living room and kitchen open to a veranda with an infinity pool. The bedrooms on the second floor are accessed externally through the garden, promoting direct contact with the tropical climate. Local materials ensure durability in the coastal environment.

The Txai House emphasizes the integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, capturing the tropical essence of Bahia.
