墨西哥牛肉捲餅 - 維他牛/造假與抄襲 Steak Fajitas - Chinese Knock Offs

今集要整一個英國時候好鍾意食嘅菜式，再講吓最近嘅維他牛事件同埋中國整體抄襲嘅問題。

In this episode I'll be making steak fajitas; and today's topic is about Chinese knock offs and their respect for intellectual properties.

四人份量/ For four people

側腹牛扒 (flank) 800克 - 800g of flank steak
生抽1/3杯 - 1/3 cup of light soy sauce
菠蘿 (鳳梨)汁1/3杯 - 1/3 cup of pineapple juice
檸檬1個 - 1 lemon
欖油1/4杯 - 1/4 cup of olive oil
蒜粉兩茶匙 - 2tsp of garlic powder
甜椒粉一湯匙 - 1tbsp of paprika
孜然粉一茶匙 - 1tsp of ground cumin
鹽一茶匙 - 1 tsp of salt
黑胡椒粉一茶匙 - 1 tsp of ground black pepper
紅燈籠椒一個 - 1 red bell pepper
綠燈籠椒一個 - 1 green bell pepper
洋蔥一個 - 1 onion
甜椒粉兩茶匙 - 2 tsp of paprika
芫荽 (香菜) 一撮 - handful of coriander
墨西哥玉米餅 - tortillas
酸忌廉 - sour cream
