Today we'll be working our full body with burpees. Stand with your legs hip-width apart. Drop into a squat with your hands on the ground just in front of your feet. Hands should be shoulder-width apart. Then kick your feet back behind you, so you're in a raised plank position. Keep your core tight and try not to arch your back. Return to the squat position and, using your arms, propel your body back into the standing position. Keep going for 1 minute and repeat 3 times.
