How to make Fresh Pasta 101~with Chef Frank

Fresh pasta is not as hard as you think. This is meant too be a lesson on the technique of making fresh pasta. We will explore pasta in depth in videos to come. I'm sure with a little practice you can make this too.

Serves 6-8

6 eggs
5-6 cups flour
large pinch salt

These measurements are not exact. This is a technique not necessarily a recipe. Be prepared to adjust as you go.

You will need more flour for dusting.
