סקורדיליה / ממרח שום ללא פחמימות - המתכון המלא בעברית כאן:
Cordillia / garlic spread without carbs
Ingredients
4 garlic heads
Half a cup of almond spread (preferably organic)
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons of fine olive oil
100 grams of ground almond powder
Teaspoon fresh crushed garlic
1 teaspoon flat salt
Half a cup of tap water
Instructions
Turn on a 200 degree oven. Slice on a foil, place over the foil, place baking paper, place on baking paper 4 garlic heads, seal well and place in oven for 45 minutes / until softened garlic cloves. Remove from oven and wait for cooling.
Squeeze the garlic cloves into a bowl (watch the tutorial video), add half a cup of almond butter, 100 g of ground almonds, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, a teaspoon of crushed garlic, half a teaspoon of salt, a quarter of a cup of water and stir vigorously. The texture should be like a soft hummus texture. After about a minute, gradually add a quarter cup of the remaining water, spoon by tablespoon and stir vigorously again. Taste, if lacking salinity, add half a teaspoon of flat salt.
Notes: Add water if necessary until soft humus mass is obtained. If missing another tablespoon of water add. Spoon by spoon and carefully. Don't put too much water in !!! Add spoon after spoon only if necessary and until desired texture is obtained. For a perfect result, watch the tutorial video. As for the salinity. Gradually add the salt. Half a teaspoon at first, at the end of tasting, if lacking salinity add another flat teaspoon.
