Instructions
Peel the zucchini, divide into quarters, remove the zucchini content with a Friesian spoon or spoon (watch the tutorial video), finely chop, transfer to a bowl and set the zucchini aside.
2. Make the sauce - chop into small cubes 2 large onions and set aside. Scrape down rough grater 4 tomatoes (the peel toss) and set aside. After 5 minutes add a teaspoon of sugar to the contents of the zucchini, mix and close the lid.
4. Prepare the filling - chop into small cubes 2 onions and set aside. In a large skillet over medium flame, heat 2 tablespoons of oil, with the hot oil adding the onion cubes and sauteing until the onion becomes transparent. Meanwhile, put in half a pound of ground beef, finely chopped parsley, a teaspoon of salt, a sweet pepper paprika, a quarter teaspoon of black pepper and the fried onion. Return the pan to the stove and add a quarter cup of oil to the pan.
5. Meanwhile, heat the oil well and mix the meat to a uniform mass, filling the zucchini halves. When done, put the zucchini in the pan with the meat facing the bottom of the pan. Fry about a minute and a half on each side and transfer to tray.
6. Before putting the zucchini halves in the pot, taste the sauce and seasoning. Add a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of paprika and a quarter of a teaspoon of black pepper (this is what I added, you will taste, if you need to add), mix well and put in the zucchini halves. Cook for about an hour / until softened zucchini.
