Over the past 7 years, I’ve learned how to emerge from being super shy to building and engaging with a massive audience of over 100,000 people across different channels. And I want to share what helped me get here with you.

What does it mean to find motivation that’s stronger than your fear? For years, I tried to motivate myself by focusing on my dreams and what I knew I was capable of, but that wasn’t a strong enough motivation.

Some very significant life events had to occur that spurred and motivated me to build a reality that offered me the freedom to respond to life changes without the fear of being seen.

If you consider yourself an introvert, it might help if you tell yourself that in whatever you’re going to say, you’ll be speaking to only one person and not a massive crowd. This person could be someone your care about and respect.

Where does your fear come from? Understanding yourself, your fears, and your thoughts will give you an idea of where your fear stems from. For me, it was my upbringing. It could be something else for you, but try and really find out what the cause of your fear is so you can have a map of how to get out of that fear.
