China, Russia agree to extend Sino-Russian Treaty of Friendship

Chinese President Xi Jinping has met virtually with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. They have pledged to set an example for a new type of international cooperation. Both have agreed to extend the Sino-Russian Treaty of Friendship on its 20th anniversary. It is the second video meeting between the two leaders in just six weeks.
