PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
INGREDIENTS:
to make the meatballs

1/2 POUND GROUND BEEF
1/2 pound sweet Italian sausage
2 slices bread
3/4 cup milk
seasoning
2 tbs each of Italian seasoning . garlic powder

1 egg
1 to 1 1/2 cups italian blend cheese ( plus more for meatball stuffing)

To make the sauce:
1 stick salted butter
4 tbs each onion and bell pepper ( or desired amount )
3 tbs tomato paste
1 1/2 cup red wine
2 cans crushed tomatoes
1 packet beef boullion or 2 tbs
3/4 cup water
seasoning to taste such as italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt
2 tbs sugar
cooked spaghetti
