Candace Owens shuts down the left for trying to cancel Addison Rae for meeting Trump

Talk show host Candace Owens has shut down the left-wing "keyboard warriors" who tried to cancel TikTok star Addison Rae for introducing herself to Donald Trump at a UFC fight.

"The social media mob is not real,” she said.

“It’s an idea so it’s a bunch of keyboard warriors that are pretending that they represent the majority and every once in a while the truth gets out.

"Which is that the majority of Americans love Donald J Trump."

TikTok Star Addison Rae was filmed introducing herself to the former president last week - telling him she "had to" say hi when she spotted him across the room.

Social media slammed the star for meeting Mr Trump with some calling for the 20-year-old to be cancelled.

But Candace Owens isn't having it and believes the left is a "very small" radical bunch.

"When that happens, when the truth gets out there they have to attack it by any means necessary," she said.

"So that they can continue to create this false idea that America is a super woke leftish country.

"I believe in the bottom of my heart that the left is a very small radical bunch and they are perpetually threatened because the truth gets out eventually".
