Ingredients

For the tacos
1 cup maizemeal
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp tumeric
Salt
Water

Recipe

1. Put the all purpose flour,tumeric maizemeal and salt in a large bowl.
2. Add the water and mix.
3. Transfer to a working surface and kneed for 7 minutes. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
4. Divide dough into 8 balls.
5. Roll out the dough into circles.
6. Cook in the oven rack at 175 degrees for about 7 minutes or until a bit golden
