How to Make the Perfect Apple Pie || Kitchen Witchery

Have you ever wanted to create the most delicious, fantastic, amazing, tasty, best, incredible, wonderful, and every other beautiful word for awesome deliciousness out there apple pie than oh boy do I have the recipe for you! This apple pie is on of my all time favorite recipes and I make it every Mabon because it really is just such a perfect way to enter your tastebuds into fall! Crust:

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
10 Tbsp butter
2 egg yolks
4 Tbsp ice water

Filling:

10 apples
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
3 1/2 Tbsp butter

Crumble Topping:

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oats
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
6 Tbsp butter
