Working at the legendary Sam Phillips Recording studio in Memphis, TN, Matt Ross- Spang discusses the drums mono overhead mic he’s using on the incredible Ken Coomer’s (Wilco, Uncle Tupelo, Steve Earle) drums. The mono overhead is one of only three mics he’s got when recording the entire drum kit.
