Front Yard Food Forest | Growing Food w/ Permaculture

This is my front yard permaculture food forest! Really excited to show all the nourishing and medicinal plants we have growing in this mini eco-system that me and my roommate have created by simply building the soil with mulch and compost and planting the plants that thrive in my area!

My intention with this video is to show an alternative to just the typical lawn that can nourish us while nourishing the planet soils and our local ecosystem. I intend to motivate you all to connect with the earth and plant some plants for a happier and healthier self and planet!

Some plants you'll see growing are different varieties of bananas, mango trees, avocado tree, spiral ginger, strawberry tree, aloe Vera, caliandra, Mexican sunflower, coconut palm, sweet almond, surinam cherry, Barbados cherry, mushrooms, sunshine mimosa, ginger, turmeric, edible flowers and so much more!
