Florida Zone 9 - 10 Backyard Garden Tour 4K - Food Forest & Permaculture Yard Duck Pond Fruit Trees

I'm back with a Fall backyard/front yard garden tour video! As I explain in the video it's more of a backyard & front yard permaculture food forest tour than a garden tour. Whatever you want to call it this is my permaculture landscaping project I've been working on for a few years now. I want to say it's almost complete but with permaculture nothing is ever complete, there's always room for improvement. For example, when I visited this Fall I noticed my Banana Trees by the duck pond got much bushier than I expected and were blocking a lot of sun light to the Pineapple Plants I planted in between them, so I decided those Pineapples should be relocated to a place that gets more sunlight and the Bananas should fill in that whole back piece by the duck pond. Also on this Fall visit, I was experimenting with the plant id apps on my phone and learned that a couple of my more exotic plants were fake! So I reordered the Black Goji Berry to replace the fake one and plan to dig up the fake Red Pineapples too. This is all the baseline of permaculture, observing the details and adjusting everything to be more efficient. I hope everyone likes my food forest, it's still young but in a few more years everything should be producing. Subscribe to my channel to watch the progression!
Thanks for watching!
