Marcos shares his passion and life learning experience with magic. After being diagnosed with Leukemia, he decided to take risks, embracing mistakes as part of a re-energizing process to pursue the life he chooses to live, reinventing the meaning of what we call success. Thus, motivates others to own our story and have the courage to keep moving forward. Marcos is a Talent Innovation Coach, that has deepened the application of magic and psychology to creativity, communication, and decision-making. He is passionate about helping companies to conquer the market and lead through creative and open communication.

His life experience has allowed him to understand the importance of gratitude and embrace the authenticity and footprint that each person leaves in the world.

He has a degree in Psychopedagogy, certified as Executive Coach (European School of Coaching), Business Agile (The Valley) and Systemic Leadership (IDDI).
