Solve Your Back Pain with These Easy Exercises

Are you experiencing low back pain when bending forward or having a stiff spine? Want to increase your spinal extension and extensor strength? Or reduce pain in individuals who have back pain upon bending the spine?

Let's try out these easy exercises with #PilatiqueJason targeting spinal extensors, and internal spinal stabilizers to solve our back pain!

DOs and DONTs
- DO check yourself in a mirror while performing exercises
- DO perform the exercises at slow or moderate speed within your maximum range
- DO ensure that alignment is correct throughout exercise especially the hip and rib cage level
- DO stop and rest when feeling tired
- DONT force it when pain is felt, reset and check on the position then do it again
- DONT hold your breath while doing exercises

It is recommended to do 1 min per exercise and the pace for progression should be slow to moderate.
