The ULTIMATE Camaro: Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE Review

This 2018 Camaro ZL1 1LE is the ULTIMATE Camaro! If the 'regular' ZL1 isn't enough, Chevrolet now offers a 1LE performance package for it, which adds a ton of aero parts and beefs up the suspension

The Camaro ZL1 1LE Engine is a 6.2-liter Supercharged V8 LT4 powerhouse that puts out 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. It's paired with a 6-speed manual transmission and a dual-mode exhaust system that sounds pretty sick.

The exterior of the ZL1 is where the 1LE package really adds a lot: it has a revised front splitter, a huge carbon fiber heat extractor, 19-inch black rims, and (of course) those fantastic dive planes. In the back is a huge carbon fiber spoiler and blacked-out taillights for an aggressive look.

Underneath the body of the ZL1 1LE is a Multimatic DSSV damping system, and an adjustable rear stabilizer bar. It also comes with adjustable camber plates so that the wheels can be rotated inwards for more grip around corners. The Goodyear tires should be able to withstand 1.10 g of lateral grip!

The Camaro ZL1 1LE interior has a nice design, but is a little cramped. I like the suede steering wheel, the Recaro Performance seats, and the general layout; I don't like the lack of storage space and the tiny rear seats.
