Retinal tear could have led to blindness | Specsavers

Optometrist Monali Shah at the Specsavers Wimbledon was concerned that Jacqueline had suffered a tear in her retina and immediately referred her to hospital. Following a visit to St George’s Hospital in Tooting the next day, doctors diagnosed Jacqueline as having a retinal detachment, which could lead to blindness if left untreated.
