Chris Henry on Suing Judges and Support Magistrates And Taking Your Divorce To Federal Court

Mr. Henry lives in New York. He has a career in finance, where he worked for several of the major institutions on Wall Street for approximately 12 years. He is a subject matter expert on finance and taxes for the IRS and the State of New York.
He filed for divorce in Manhattan about 10 years ago, and this where the story begins where he suffered the nightmare of the family Court and the Child Support Collection agency.
As result of his experience with the courts and child support, he filed lawsuits in the Southern District of New York (Manhattan). He has two lawsuits filed against Judge Tandra Dawson of the Supreme Court, and Support Magistrate Paul Ryneski and New York State itself.
All are being sued under the category Title 42 USC 1983 for conspiracy and fraud under the Social Security Administration Title IV-D .
My absolute start is in 2010, my first Judge, Kaplan, would not deduct my mortgage payment before calculation of my child support. This same year another party filed an appeal against Kaplan and the judge was overturned. The Case is Khaira vs . Khaira. The Support Magistrate is non-judicial officer and therefore he\she is subjected to this law or suffer the consequences of a lawsuit.
