Agree with this advice?

Did some training with Northampton Goalkeeping Coach James Alger & noticed a young gk who had both an arm swing due to a low hand position as well as a clenched fist when setting.

In my opinion this then means there are 2 things that then need to be timed correctly in order to cleanly catch the ball.

What do you think?
