HOW TO DIVE like a PRO - Master the Goalkeeping Basics - Goalkeeping Masterclass with PRO KEEPER

Professional goalkeeper Jonny Maxted talks us through how to low dive, exactly as he does.

Key coaching points:
Balanced set position
Body weight forwards
Leg closest to the ball steps at a positive angle
Nearest hand leads, goes low behind the ball
Top hand secures the ball on top
Ground acts as a '3rd hand securing ball
'Kill' the ball if needed and hold against body
