Where Is America: 'Oh say can you "C" the Moon?' with Ralph René. Part 2

I don't know if this was something broadcast on television or sold on videotape, but this two part lecture was among the VHS tapes that Ralph René sent me just before he died on December 10th 2008. Back in 1995 or 1996, Where Is America with host Kathy Stahl had him on as a guest to discuss his book NASA Mooned America.

I apologize for the quality of the video. As I said, it was transferred from a VHS source, which I believe was second or third generation. I am also unsure if the recording is even complete. As the tape seems to cut in random places, sometimes in mid sentence. Maybe the original tape kept getting chewed up in the machine and had to be cut and spliced back together and then copied? Whatever the reason, I've not been able to find another copy of this presentation.

Still, in spite of the picture quality and constant cuts in the video, I have decided to post this lost gem to YouTube in Ralph René's honour.
