Welcome to Day 1 of your FREE 6-Week Full-Body Fitness Plan! 💪 Today, we’re diving into Upper Body Strength Training, focusing on building strength, power, and aesthetics.

Kick off Day 1 of our 6-week workout journey with a powerful upper body strength session! Today’s workout targets your chest, back, shoulders, and arms with essential movements designed to build strength and a balanced physique. Perfect for all fitness levels, this session sets the tone for the rest of the program.

🏋️‍♀️ Day 1 Breakdown (Sets x Reps | Muscles Worked):
- Lat Pulldowns: 2–4 x 10–12
Muscles Worked: Lats, biceps, rear delts, traps
- Incline Dumbbell Press: 2–4 x 10–12
Muscles Worked: Chest (Upper chest focus), front delts, triceps
- Seated Rows: 2–4 x 10–12
Muscles Worked: Rhomboids, traps, lats, rear delts, biceps
- Push-Ups: 2-4 x Max Reps (aim for 12–15 per set)
Muscles Worked: Chest, triceps, front delts, core
- Face Pulls: 2–4 x 15–20
Muscles Worked: Rear delts, traps, rotator cuff muscles

Beginners - 2sets; Intermediate - 3sets; Advanced - 4sets of each exercise.

Start this workout with a proper warm-up. Look for my upper body warm-up video in my channel.
Finish day 1 strong with a core workout, check for day 1 Core video in my channel.
